Service Description
Session #1: Initial consultation - 45 minute appointment to review intake forms, health issues, concerns and goals. Within a week of the initial consult, you will receive a report with personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations, as well as a 7-day meal plan with recipes and a grocery list. Session #2: Plan delivery - 15 minutes, one week after initial consultation plan delivery and review report and meal plan. Includes a weekly check-in. *There are many insurance companies that recognize and cover CNP's services under Extended Health Care Benefits Plans. Please contact your insurance company or HR department to confirm. A receipt will be provided.
