My name is Alisha Rawji, and I am passionate about food, health, wellness and helping others.


It is my mission to educate and empower individuals to make optimal nutritional choices so they can improve their mental and physical well-being.

My focus is on physical and mental nourishment, digestive health, stress reduction, weight loss and pain management. I use a holistic approach with science-based nutrition to create customized plans to help my clients improve their health and energy through the establishment of healthy eating, lifestyle habits and exercise.

Alisha is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner who graduated with first-class honors from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition, and she is an active member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners. Alisha is also a certified FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach and runs a 6-week online nutrition and fitness program.
